On Saturday, June 30, 2018 (Syawal 14, 1439 H), teachers of Daarul Quran Kalibata City Primary School Jakarta had the golden opportunity of having a coaching clinic given by Psychologists from Ekka Kinarya Consulting Jakarta, led by Mrs. Ekka Ubaya Dewi, the Chairman of Daqu KC Primary School Committee for the year 2018-2020.
The purpose of the event was to develop teacher’s individual understanding on his/her important role in building the characters of the students, and also to cultivate their inner talents.
It is hoped that by this interactive and constructive event conducted during the Coordinated Meeting of Teachers (Rapat Kerja Guru SD DaQu KC) carried out since Thursday up to Saturday, June 28-30, 2018 (Syawal 14-16, 1439 H), teachers have a broad insight on how to cope with the problems faced in dealing with the students on a daily basis.
Therefore, what the teachers have experienced through the mutual learning and sharing moment between teachers and the psychologists from Ekka Kinarya Consulting is expected to become a beneficial moment for everyone involved.
It is expected that by the next event a mutual constructive interaction between teachers and psychologists can be further developed. It can also help the academic progress of the school and its students.
According to Mr. Fatkhurohman, S.Pd.I., the new Principal of of Daarul Quran Kalibata City Primary School Jakarta, a strong teamwork and mutual reliance among teachers is needed to build a synergy for progress. “We are moving forward into becoming a world-class international school, in which students and teachers develop a passion of never ending learning”, said him enthusiastically.
