In the event of Valentino Taekwondo Championship held last Saturday, March 10, 2018 (22 Jumadil Akhir 1439 Hijriah), in the Ciracas Youth Sports Stadium, Ciracas, East Jakarta (GOR Ciracas), Bilqis Calista Putri of SD DAQU Kalibata City, a girl from Grade 3, has become the champion who gained the Gold medal for Junior category. She has defeated her opponents victoriously and finally she was gloriously announced by the jury to earn the position, where the Championship was held for the Taekwondoins from Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Depok. “I have to do my best because I know that I am doing this not only for my father and my mother but also for my school. I want SD DAQU Kalibata City to be known everywhere by all people”, said her on being interviewed regarding her victory.
For many times before SD DAQU Kalibata City won such a prestigious achievement. Bilqis only continued what her senior, Azzam Hamdi Attamimi of Grade 6, has achieved as Taekwondo Champions. “This is a good tradition that we want to keep, in which our Taekwondoins always win in every tournament”, said Mr. Abdul Wahid Basyir, SH.I., the Principal of SD DAQU Kalibata City proudly on being interviewed regarding this victorious event.
